Lemora Homes began with a simple foundation: hands-on craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to doing things right. Our founder started as a carpenter, learning the trade from the ground up and mastering every aspect of interior finishing. That early expertise expanded into exterior construction and building envelope work, where he served as a siding and cladding contractor on a range of high-end residential projects.
In 2015, after years of hands-on experience across interior and exterior trades, the company launched as Beautiful Columbia Homes โ a small, owner-operated business. In those formative years the founder personally managed client relationships, estimating, site supervision, and day-to-day operations, shaping a culture of dedication, attention to detail, and long hours to deliver exceptional results.
As relationships and capabilities matured, the founder pursued formal training and certification as a residential builder, turning experience into accredited expertise. This milestone inspired a strategic rebrand to Lemora Homes, reflecting our expanded ambition to offer comprehensive renovation and construction services.
Today, Lemora Homes delivers residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver, supported by long-standing partnerships with trusted trades, engineers, architects, and designers.
